Neighborhood Restrictions

Per our Restrictions, there are to be no vehicles parked on the grass of cul-de-sac's or the large island at the entrance of our neighborhood.

Yard Signs are prohibited in the entrance island area, the Cul-de-sac areas, or at the stop signs.

Broke down vehicles are not permitted storage on any lot per Neighborhood Restrictions, as well as against East Baton Rouge Parish Ordnances.

Trailers for hauling and Recreational Vehicles are not to be stored in the driveway of any lot owner.

Yards are to remain maintained at all times, per the restrictions of Comite Hills West bylaws. Residents whom fail to keep their yards maintained will be notified of a violation which request the homeowner's compliance, if compliance isn't reached then the board has the right to complete maintenance on their behalf and bill the homeowner. (This is for excessive overgrowth, and the HOA board  must have a majority vote)
