***Comite Hills West Homeowners Association annual meeting will be Sunday October 24th, 2021 at the Greenwell Springs Regional Library from 3:00-4:00pm.***
We will be holding elections for new board members, please come to let your vote be heard. If you are considering joining the board, it requires being available to meet a few times a year and answer emails from time to time. We have several open seats already and have a few existing board members stepping down which will also need to be filled.
Comite Hills West website was developed to serve as an informative resource for both our neighborhood and our local community. Please feel free to contact us with your comments and suggestions.

Your connection to our CHWHOA Website is a benefit of your membership.   Nearly every time an important message is sent to you from the Association, there are e-mail addresses that bounce back as undeliverable.  Anytime your information has changed, there are two ways you can correct it.

1) You may send it in an e-mail message to and we will correct it for you 

2) You also may update your profile and change your User ID and password at any time by clicking on Update Your Information after you login  

Neighborhood Restrictions

Per our Restrictions, there are to be no vehicles parked on the grass of cul-de-sac's or the large island at the entrance of our neighborhood.
Yard Signs are prohibited in the entrance island area, the Cul-de-sac areas, or at the stop signs. Residents can post yard signs on their personal property
Broke down vehicles are not permitted storage on any lot per Neighborhood Restrictions, as well as against East Baton Rouge Parish Ordnances. 
Trailers for hauling and Recreational Vehicles are not to be stored in the driveway of any lot owner.
Yards are to remain maintained at all times, per the restrictions of Comite Hills West bylaws. Residents whom fail to keep their yards maintained will be notified of a violation which request the homeowner's compliance, if compliance isn't reached then the board has the right to complete maintenance on their behalf and bill the homeowner. (This is for excessive overgrowth only)
